Privacy Policy
OMNIS (“we”, “the service”) respects your privacy. This document explains what data is processed, why it is processed and how you can exercise control over it.
1. Who we are
OMNIS is a cloud AI assistant with an integrated VPN client. Requests are processed on server infrastructure. The Windows application connects you to the service.
The operator’s legal name, address and applicable jurisdiction must be supplied.
2. Data we process
2.1. Information you provide
- Text submitted to the AI assistant.
- Files you upload to the chat, where this feature is available.
- Your email address, if you provide it when contacting support or creating an account.
Payment details are not required for core access.
2.2. Technical data
The proposed service processes operating system type, client version, interface language, a random installation identifier for updates and anonymized error reports that exclude chat content.
The actual technical data collected, treatment of IP addresses and diagnostic systems must be confirmed by the team.
2.3. Information the service does not request
Browser history, lists of installed programs, disk contents other than files you explicitly upload, biometric data and data from other applications.
3. VPN
The VPN is intended to encrypt your connection to the service’s servers. The proposed architecture includes its own DNS processing and no user connection-history logs.
The no-logs policy, operational logs and infrastructure-protection exceptions must be confirmed before publication. Connection encryption does not imply absolute anonymity.
4. How data is used
- To generate AI responses.
- To operate and secure the service.
- To respond to support requests.
Under the draft policy, data is not sold to advertisers or used to build advertising profiles. Requests may be stored temporarily to prevent spam and attacks.
Any use of requests to improve models, anonymization procedures and external infrastructure providers must be clarified.
5. Retention and deletion
- Chat content: retention periods and deletion procedures must be specified.
- Technical logs not linked to an individual: the proposed retention period is up to 14 days.
- Support emails: while a request is being handled; subsequent deletion on request unless a lawful basis for retention applies.
You may request deletion through support. These periods must match the actual infrastructure settings.
6. Sharing with third parties
Data is not sold. Disclosure may occur in response to a lawful court order or request from an authorized body, limited to information the service actually holds. Under the draft policy, chats are not shared with advertising networks or used to train third-party models.
Cloud processing providers, hosting countries and applicable grounds for data transfers must be listed.
7. Website, cookies and local settings
The current landing page does not set cookies, use advertising trackers or send sample conversations to a server. Video and frame sequences are served as local website assets. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection data, including the IP address, when fonts are requested.
The hosting web server may keep access logs. Their content and retention depend on hosting settings and must be included in the final policy.
Local settings and analytics in the Windows application require separate confirmation.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion of your account and associated data, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
Send requests to support. The proposed response period is up to 30 days, unless a different period is required by law.
9. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16 or below the applicable age of digital consent in their country. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
10. Security
Planned measures include TLS for client-server connections, encrypted storage and staff access limited by least-privilege rules with auditing.
Implementation of these measures and the Windows client’s code-signing certificate must be confirmed. No system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
The current version is published on this page. Significant changes will be communicated through available channels. Where consent is required for a new processing purpose, it will be requested separately.
12. Contact
The source materials contain different support addresses. The current contact address and operator details must be confirmed before publication. Contact links use the address configured for this website.
