Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) before downloading, installing or using OMNIS and its associated services. By using OMNIS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

OMNIS includes a cloud AI assistant for text generation, code writing and analysis, and technical and creative tasks; an integrated VPN client for privacy and internet traffic encryption; and a Windows application that connects to OMNIS infrastructure.

Core access is free. It does not require a credit card or a paid subscription.

The developer’s legal name, address and applicable jurisdiction must be supplied.

2. Age requirements

The service is intended for users aged 16 or older, or those who have reached the applicable age of digital consent in their country.

The source terms allow younger users with parental consent, while the source privacy policy excludes them. A consistent age rule must be confirmed before publication.

3. VPN operation

We aim to provide a fast, stable VPN but do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation or access to particular websites and services, due to external restrictions and technical factors.

The VPN is intended for personal protection and web browsing. Bulk P2P or torrent downloads are not permitted where they place a critical load on service infrastructure.

4. Intellectual property

The OMNIS client application, logos, design and infrastructure belong to their respective rights holders. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the application on your device in accordance with these Terms.

5. Changes to the service and Terms

The developers may change, update or discontinue AI and VPN features and amend these Terms. The current version is published on the website or in the application. Significant changes will be communicated through available channels.

Continued use after a revised version takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
